2.1.0 conductor structure and surface quality
2.1.1 requirements: the structure and number of conductors shall meet the process requirements, and the surface shall be smooth and free from warping, oxidation, oil contamination and other defects.
2.1.2 inspection method: the structure and number of conductors shall be checked by reading, and the surface quality shall be inspected by visual inspection.
2.2 insulation outer diameter and core deviation
2.1 requirements: the outer diameter of insulation shall meet the requirements of process card, and there shall be no obvious core deviation defect.
2.2 inspection method: during production, each head should be inspected. The external diameter of insulation should be measured with an external micrometer with a scale of 0.01mm and 0-25mm. The deviation of core should be carefully checked by visual inspection.
2.3 surface quality of insulated wire
3.1 requirements: the insulation should be solid, smooth and round, with uniform color, no particles on the surface, no pores on the cross section, serious thickness and other defects.

2.5 sheath surface quality
5.1 the sheath shall be extruded firmly, smooth and flat, with uniform color, no particles on the surface, no pores on the section, no serious thickness and no serious pitch.

6.1 requirements: the words on the surface of wires and cables must be legible.
